What you can expect from personal training sessions:
Sessions are one hour and will consist of exercises designed for you, once we develop an understanding of your specific muscle imbalances. Building muscle that addresses your dysfunctions so that you can move efficiently and powerfully is exactly what you can expect from our training together. Consistently clients leave the session with a lot of new insights about their body and applicable tools to improve their overall mechanics.
What I expect from you:
The foundation for an empowering exchange starts with clear & open communication. It’s important for me to have a general feel for how you are doing physically, mentally, and even know about emotional components that might affect our work together. It is a personal goal of mine to have an enjoyable, elevating and truly inspiring session with you.
